This primarily Clark County funded project brought a new southern interchange to a growing part of the City of Mesquite & Clark County in Nevada. Elevated provided procurement support services as a member of the Horrocks Engineers project management team. We were involved with the RLOI & RFQ development, Design-Build shortlisting, RFP development & led the Design-Build Proposal evaluation.
