Phil & Zach are key members of the program management team supporting NMDOT in procuring this large Design-Build project in Albuquerque. With few recent DB projects & limited institutional knowledge of DB, NMDOT has relied on our team to provide expert guidance throughout the entire DB procurement process; including drafting all template & process documents (RLOI, RFQ, RFP, manuals, etc.) & supporting the department as they outline the project requirements.
