Assisted the UDOT Strategic Investment Director in reviewing older admin rules (R940 & R926) that were rarely implemented. We reviewed these rules against current industry practice & how UDOT runs consultant solicitations to find areas of improvement & consistency. We drafted changes, met with seior leaders & worked with UDOT’s assigned AG representative to get the proposed revisions accepted & the admin rules updated.
