Elevated has managed the ongoing effort to create & maintain updates to the UDOT Design-Build procurement templates. Over the years, efforts have involved researching past projects within UDOT as well as processes & procedures at other DOTs across the United States; including an update involving research support & development of a formula to determine the best value selection. The current update process involves coordinating & providing guidance to the technical disciplines overseeing the revisions to the 20 general designs & construction requirement sections of the RFP.
